  2. There is nothing to gloat over Jamir's expression of inability to attend the program arranged by the BM Kalyan Sangathan, Mumbai on Nov 2. One should'nt blame the BMKS for trying to get Jamir. And, why not him ? Jamir is a prominent leader from the NE. He has pretty good clout in Delhi too. Also, being a N-Easterner, it is reasonable to expect that he would relate to us (and our issues) better than another minister, say Munshi or whatever ! Publicity is not the only intent here. Therefore, simply inviting a socialite/celebrity will not add to the gravity of the occassion as a Governer's presence would. Though disappointing to know that Jamir won't be there, nevertheless, I would like to commend the efforts of the BMKS for keeping the BM fire burning in an alien land.
Sorry, if my comments sound dumb to anyone.

    Yes it is dumb again.
Ti harpasota who is Mr. Munshi? The minister responsible for broadcast or 'media exposure' as Rebat da has put across.
Oh ami te harnau paasi Jamir Northeastor go buliya he will relate to us better!Korlota Jamir khurai relate?
In that case why cant we invite the Chief Minister of Manipur? He is the fittest person to relate to our miserable plight!
Publicity uhaan intent haan ehaan. Uhan ti harnapailete aar kita maatu...
Shilchare age utsobe ministers, MLA, MP, IAS officers, head of unversities aiya gesiga.
This is no big deal. Photo haani douhaanir karon haan kihaan after Jamir Khura has refused or rather we have failed to convince him to be our Chief Guest. It an honour for us to have him. Also it is an honour for him too to be a part of this holy occassion.
Baro mor beyokgo.Aji kaali celebritiye publicity, media exposure garner korer. jebaka ti celeb agore daaktei, media tor pithit aitai. Inviting a politician is not a big deal. AAmi apei thaiya maile Queen Elizabethore invite korik ne!!! These articles should have come only if Jamir Khura was our Chief Guest.
This is not an achievment. Ehanore engregit matarata 'embarassment' haan. Photo etar udeshyo haan publicity. Jodi publicity naar te murkhami.

  6. Its good to know your role, but I think obai-itao is also doing the same thing in a different way. He is also trying to make correct if some one taking a wrong step or going in a wrong way through this blog. No-body thinks about any other society, first save our one, probably we may take some +ive from other society or take precaution seeing -ive in other. This kind of temple, celebration of Tithis/Parbo are good, good for uniting the people who are staying away from home/village may not be knowing there are lot other BMs residing nearby. It is good for kids(probably every-body) who has not seen properly our rich-culture and may be he will not commit to do inter-caste marriage. Most of us are from villages, do we remember how we used to play football, cricket, volleyball, kabadi, gulla etc in season to season and may be attending those charming and tensed inter-village competition. we also used to participate in lot of cultural and social activities for which we feel proud. Today you go back to your own village and find in place of all games people are busy to play "Tir" and to relax in the evening having whisky which not risky, and to for social activities young guy is able to fix his life partner so that parents should not be in problem in future. Thanks to those parents also, they are buying two wheelers for their kid putting jeweleries in mortgage or selling valuable, otherwise kid has threatened to commit suicide. We are really in problem, those are backbone and our future, if they do not have a good carrier even our identity will be in problem. How many of us really ever think of the educated friend who is ruining his life sitting there without any job. We need all so called president and Secretaries of our various BM oraganisation to stand by us to save us. I thank all here, everybody has a fellow feeling that's why everybody is participating in some way may be like Obai-Itao and giving time to get-together or to unite out of busy-life busy-schedule. But what about Senior who are now retired and have plenty of time to contribute.....

At the age of eighteen, Sadhu baba lost his father, so, to continue his spiritual education under the guidance of Rajpandit Mineshwas Swarbabhwam Bhattacherjee, he went to Tripura. Assam Search Engine: Bisarok

Exclusive search engine on Assam Manash Pratim Gohain, TNN Jun 16, 2012, 01.46PM IST NEW DELHI: Assam got its own search engine ' Bisarok '. The search engine has been launched to get results exclusively on queries and information related to Assam. 'Bisarok', means 'to search' in Assamese language, has been launched and has been linked to various websites of the Government of Assam and departments, educational institutions and media. The search engine is likely to give a new online experience related to searches on Assam. Built on Google custom search engine, the search engine would be collating and building a database of web properties exclusively of the state in the North East region. 'Bisarok' has been developed by RK Rishikesh Sinha, who had earlier created a similar custom search engine ('Bisarei') on Bishnupriya Manipuri. According to Sinha, apart from Google there was no link to get results particularly on Assam. Any web entity related

A short history of the Bishnupriya Manipuri and their religio-cultural consciousness

Undoubtedly, the accurate period of the emergence or the development of religious consciousness of the Bishnupriya Manipuri is difficult to ascertain, but it is an old one that is undoubted, writes Rini Sinha , Guwahati .
