Is Imaar Thar in Danger: Yes

Views: Well, many Bishnupriya Manipuris who are getting highly educated are getting married mostly to Bengalis. It’s a matter of shame instead of marrying within the community we are going outside it. I was born and raised outside Silchar, but when I went to villages, such as Bhatirgram, Khatkhal, I was thrilled and proud to be a Bishnupriya Manipuri.

The raas leelas performed by our Bishnupriya Manipuri gives a thrilling experience. It’s my advice to all the Bishnupriya Manipuris, keep up the good work and make the community proud with your achievements.

Language dies day by day for two causes (I think)

1. Internal
2. External

1. The problem in our society is that we feel "shame" and "fear" to express our religion, thoughts, beliefs, ideas etc. to others and adopts other's thoughts, ideas, beliefs etc. to show up how smart we are!!! Now in Bangladesh like to teach their children Bangla and English instead of Imar Thar. It is funny that the language they teach is Na Bangla, Na Manipuri but something "barbaric"! Like - Ti boli isotgo? They will learn - Tumi bala asoni? instead of - Apni bhalo achen? or Tumi bhalo aso? like other several examples which is horrible.

Doing so the parents deprive their children from learning Imar Thar and formal Bangla at the same time. On the other hand we the modern guys love to speak among us in Bangla, English and Hindi to show how learned we are. Now we talk over mobile over other language instead of our Imar Thar while talking to our blood. Therefore, day by day Bangla, English, and Hindi is so much practiced that many words from the Other language settled their place in Our Imar Thar and we forget the use of our own language. And its happning day by day in Bangladesh which is realy dangerous. Sometimes I get myself surprised when I do not find words that I use from Imar Thar. If my condition is like this, I wonder what happens to the "unconscious" people. I request all our people to be aware of this problem otherwise we ourselves will be responsible for killing our Imar thar. Does anyone have the solution?

2. The external problem is the influence of the other culture or the dominating force what we see in Manipur. They have already killed our Ima and Imar Thar. We have to fight like Sudeshna to save the outside influence and the same time be concious in ourselves.

Views: I have read many Manipuri magazines wrote by different author and have always wondered whether someone came forward to create beautiful images on a blank mirror. But I could not convince myself that this manifesto could be helpful to bring forward our community. According to my lack of understanding, it is better, before we create an image we have to choose a perfect Frame.

Meanwhile I had seen many leaders on my way of life who had started the revolution for our Imar Thar but now where they are hiding in the final stage. Whether they haven’t believed himself or forget their idol.

As per my view in the name of communalism we have always think individually about Shaheed Sudeshna who put to sacrificed her life and death in the name of communalism and have ever done drawn a history in the Bishnupriya Manipuri.
“If you are Bishnupriya “
“If you are Bishnupriya Plumber”
then you can create your own image with wonderful Frame.
Rise up, Rise up, Rise up Bishnupriya.

Find out the actual Leader to come over in this Trap. Coz without perfect leader no one can achieve their goal in the match

I would ever be grateful that I’m Bishnupriya Manipuri.
