NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING

To all members,

Notice is hereby given to all members of the Sangathan that the 11th Annual General Body Meeting will be held on 22nd August 2010 at Mr. Vipul Sarma`s residence
at Vile Parle, near Santacruz Airport, Mumbai at 1600hrs.

AGENDA FOR THE MEETING

1. To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting held in the month of August 2009.
2. To discuss and approve the Auditor`s report for the year 2009-10.
3. To receive and approve the balance sheet and income and expenditure for the year ending 31.03. 2010.
4. To appoint the Auditor for the year 2009-10.
5. To read out the highlights of 2009-10 by our Hon. Secretary.
6. To finalize the venue of Bhubaneswar Sadhu Thakur`s 141st Birthday Celebration, falling on 8th November 2010.
7. Any other matter with the permission of chair.

The AGM is one occasion when all of us get together, hence you are requested to attend it on time.
Note: 1).If there is no quorum at the above mentioned time and place of the meeting, the same will be adjourned for the half and hour and it shall be conducted at the same venue and whatever numbers present shall be the valid quorum.
2). The members desiring of raising any queries on accounts may look into the necessary documents made available 2hrs prior to the commencement of the meeting.

Exclusive search engine on Assam Manash Pratim Gohain, TNN Jun 16, 2012, 01.46PM IST NEW DELHI: Assam got its own search engine ' Bisarok '. The search engine has been launched to get results exclusively on queries and information related to Assam. 'Bisarok', means 'to search' in Assamese language, has been launched and has been linked to various websites of the Government of Assam and departments, educational institutions and media. The search engine is likely to give a new online experience related to searches on Assam. Built on Google custom search engine, the search engine would be collating and building a database of web properties exclusively of the state in the North East region. 'Bisarok' has been developed by RK Rishikesh Sinha, who had earlier created a similar custom search engine ('Bisarei') on Bishnupriya Manipuri. Undoubtedly, the accurate period of the emergence or the development of religious consciousness of the Bishnupriya Manipuri is difficult to ascertain, but it is an old one that is undoubted, writes Rini Sinha , Guwahati .
